Refund eligibility is governed by the specific offer terms presented before payment. We assess requests fairly, based on the program, delivery status and applicable terms. We do not make automatic refunds or legal guarantees that are not shown for that offer.

For a payment question or refund request, email payments@connectashar.com with your purchase email, PhonePe reference and program name. We will acknowledge requests and provide the next step by email.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
